By participating as a Mentor (Affiliate) for The Boss Babes Bootcamp, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Code of Conduct

As a Mentor (Affiliate), you are a direct reflection of The Boss Babes Bootcamp brand. We expect professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior at all times.

Failure to comply with these standards may result in immediate termination of your Mentor (Affiliate) status and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

2. Promotion Guidelines

Mentors (Affiliates) must:

• Only use approved marketing materials provided.
• Never make false claims or misleading statements about income potential, results, or the company.
• Be respectful in all online and offline promotions.
• Never spam or cold-message inappropriately.
• Never represent yourself as an employee or official representative of The Boss Babes Bootcamp — you are an independent contractor.

3. What You Can Promote & Earn On

Mentors (Affiliates) may only promote and earn commissions on the courses, trainings, or subscriptions that they themselves have purchased or are actively subscribed to.

If you want to promote a higher-level product, you must first purchase or subscribe to that level yourself.

4. Subscription & Commission Policy

• Active subscription = Active earning.
• If your subscription is cancelled, you immediately forfeit any unpaid commissions and lose access to your affiliate links and resources.
• A cancelled subscription cancels everything.

No exceptions will be made.

5. Payment Details

• Payouts are done via PayPal only.
• Minimum payout threshold is $100.
• Payments are processed once a month.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your PayPal information is correct and up to date.

6. Facebook Group & Community Rules

❌ No Sharing or Stealing Content – It is strictly prohibited to screenshot, save, copy, or redistribute any content from inside our groups or courses.

❌ No Negative Behavior – Harassment, bullying, drama, or negativity of any kind will result in removal.

❌ No Unauthorized Promotions – Do not promote other businesses, offers, or affiliate links inside Boss Babes Bootcamp spaces unless directly approved.

❌ No Breaking Confidentiality – What happens in Boss Babes Bootcamp stays in Boss Babes Bootcamp.

7. Termination of Agreement

Violation of these Terms of Service may result in:

• Immediate termination of your Mentor (Affiliate) status.
• Loss of any unpaid commissions.
• Removal from all Boss Babes Bootcamp programs, groups, or resources.
• Legal action if necessary.

8. Terms Subject to Change

These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time, with or without notice.

It is your responsibility as a Mentor (Affiliate) to stay up to date with any changes. Continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.
